Expensive, however, well worth the value for its capabilities! Glad I purchased! I can now shoot BB’s 800 Meters within a 2cm cluster. At 600 > 1/2 to 1cm. 300 and under, DOT through and through.

While this scope is a little dated, it performs like it should. I got a great price on it and it‘s going on a hunting rifle that I will also use for some longer range shooting. I have never had a problem with any of my Vortex scopes but if I do, I know they will take care of it.

Great turrets: really nice to dial in he bullet drops vs. figuring out holdovers. Consistently placed the reticle where it was supposed to be from 150 to 350 yards, although the zero had some creep a few times. Unfortunately, I needed to exchange my first unit as some little particles started appearing inside the aperture (like plastic shavings). Haven‘t been able to test my second unit yet, hope the zero creep is gone too.

Wanted to shop from brick and mortar but averaging 1200 in the stores. Can’t beat the price here. I switched from Leopold to Vortex a few years back and every time I get one I remember why I love them so much. Don‘t settle, invest in good glass.

The scope arrived intact- not sure how since it was in the box the scope came in with one small piece of tape holding the lid on. I didn’t dock any stars since the scope was in great shape and sighted in with no problems. Word to shipper- put the thing in another box with some air bags. It doesn’t cost very much.

So I have this on my 300 win mag and it has endured the abuse so far (80-90) rounds and has held zero. I fully plan on taking this set up to Wyoming this coming September and am glad I went with this scope to do the job. The only thing I will say though I still give this scope a 5 star on everything, I should have done a little more research and gotten a FFP. This still does not inhibit my ability to drill a 3 inch plate at 500 but just something that might become handy out west.
